Hall of the Above is located in the historic Sonoma County National Bank, at the corner of Washington St and Petaluma Blvd N, an iconic building that marks the gateway to downtown Petaluma.

As new tenants, we are thrilled to serve as stewards of this beloved landmark. Although we plan to develop our own calendar of functions and festivals to take place in the building, we also wanted to make the space available for short-term rentals so that others can use it for a wide variety of events.

Our mission is to mobilize the full potential of the building in the service of Community.

The building has been vacant for many years, because of the difficulty of bringing it into compliance with the current Building Code. We are currently undergoing construction efforts that will allow us to raise the maximum number of people allowed to gather from 49 to 250 (details on that here). After 6 months developing and permitting the drawings, and another 3 months of bidding and negotiation, we finally started construction on the tenant improvements this April. The building is now open for bookings as of Fall 2024 (cue fireworks).
